Many of the condominiums at the Retreat on the Blue have spectacular views of both Buffalo Mountain and Red Peak to the west or the Blue River to the east. The Retreat on the Blue Condominium complex sits on three acres of land next to the Blue River in Silverthorne, CO. The 36 unit residential complex was built in 2002 and 2003 and consists of one and two bedroom units. The four main buildings in the Retreat on the Blue complex have condo units that range from 926 square feet to 1434 square feet. Four additional condo units are 666 square foot deed-restricted units located over some of our single car garages that are allocated to 26 of the condo units.
Our amenities include an outside hot tub, common radiant heat in all units, common cable TV, and common water and sewer utilities. The location of our complex on Blue River Parkway is within walking distance of the North Branch of the Summit County Library, Silverthorne’s Town Hall, Target, the Silverthorne Pavilion, the Lake Dillon Theater Company, and the new Silverthorne Town Center property that is now under construction. The Summit Stage bus service has a stop next door.
Easy access to the Blue River Trail across the river is also a short walk down to 6th street. The planned trail system will eventually connect to a paved trail along the west side of the river that will allow Retreat on the Blue residents to walk the trail north to a new bridge across the Blue River.
The Retreat on the Blue Condo Association is governed by a three member Board of Directors and property management is now handled by Basic Property Management in Dillon.
